Annual Inspection Signed off June 22, 2007 at AeroMark (Aero Country airport near Dallas, Texas). Replaced cylinders #2, #5, and #6. ELT Battery Expires August 2009
Altimeter Check Complied with on February 2, 2007. Pitot Static Check Complied with on February 2, 2007.
Damage History Apparent gear-up landing in 1986. Form 337 on file shows all damaged parts replaced with new Beechcraft parts. Repairs completed by Grimes Aviation, Silver City, NM.
 
Avionics
Avionics Upgrades New radio stack installed February 2007. #1 Nav/Comm/GPS Garmin GNS480 GPS/Comm/Nav. WAAS certified with airways, arrivals, and approaches. Coupled via Garmin GPSS to STEC 60-2 Autopilot.
#2 Nav/Comm Garmin SL30 multi-function nav/comm with standby monitor function of secondary comm and nav frequencies. #2 GPS Yoke-mounted GPS496 GPS with XM Weather, XM Satellite Radio, terrain and obstruction alerting, and much more. Aviation, automobile, and marine modes. XM weather includes Nexrad, Metars, TAFs, winds aloft, echo tops, freezing levels, lightning, storm cells, etc.
DME King KN64 Digital DME Transponder Garmin GTX330 S-mode transponder. TIS traffic alerts from the transponder display on the GNS480 display.
Audio Panel PS-Engineering 8000 multi-function audio panel. Pilot and crew isolate, multiple audio inputs (e.g. input jack for rear passengers for DVD, CD, iPOD, etc.), cellphone input jack, programmable functionality, clearance/last radio call repeat/playback button on pilot yoke.

Engine Type Continental IO520-BA6. Serial Number 280782-R (factory rebuilt on June 9, 1992).
Time Since Overhaul 1424.8 SMOH Propeller 1058.6 SMOH. Overhauled by Rocky Mountain Propellers 7/14/1995.
 
Equipment
Engine Monitor EDM JPI-700 multi-function monitor with fuel-flow and EGT/CHT for each cylinder. Tracks fuel used and fuel required to destination, MPG, fuel burn, etc. Injectors GAMIjectors for fuel efficient "lean of peak" operation assuring cool cylinders, low internal cylinder pressures, etc.
TCAS TIS via Garmin GTX330 S-mode transponder--displays traffic alerts on the Garmin GNS480 display. ELT Expires 08/2009.
CVR Playback function of last radio call, clearance, etc. Autopilot STEC 60-2 with altitude hold, vertical speed hold, heading/nav modes coupled to NAV receivers and GPS. GPSS roll-steer will fly arrivals, approaches, procedure turns, etc. Vertical speed mode will capture and fly the glide slope on ILS approaches.
Vacuum Mike Smith Aero emergency backup pneumatic system. Brakes Cleveland Brake System.
 
Exterior
Paint Age/Condition Airframe completely stripped and exquisitely repainted at King Aerospace. Completed November 14, 2006 ($20k+). Color Scheme Acry Glo Safron Met. 10697, Light Silver Met. 10505, Lagon Met. 10706.
Glass Beryl D'Shannon Aviation Specialties, Inc. Speed-Sloped Windshield. Speed Mods Smith Speed Conversions flap and aileron fairings and seals.
Tip Tanks Osborne 20 gallon tip tanks provides a total of 120 gallons fuel--up to nine hours to dry tanks at cruise power. STC give a 200 lb. gross weight increase. Lighting Whelen Wing Tip Strobes and Whelen Anti-Collision Strobe Light system.
 
Interior
Age/Condition Excellent tan leather interior. Shades Custom sun block/window covers for all windows.
